Ta Tai cascade is a semi-normal site situated in Ta Tai town, Ta Tai collective, Smach Meanchey region, around 20 kilometers east of Koh Kong common town along National Road 48. There are 84 families living here. They gain their living by angling and chasing.

The cascade has two phases. The main stage is 5 to 6 meters high; the subsequent stage is 12 to 15 meters high. Ta Tai cascade was created as a model site in Koh Kong to draw in nearby and remote tourists.Ta Tai cascade is otherwise called Ta Eysei cascade. As per legend, a man named Ta Tai and his child went to the cascade to angle in light of the fact that the cascade was the joining point between new water and salt water. There was a tempest and the subsequent floods diverted Ta Tai's child.

Four or after five days, be that as it may, the kid was found at a similar spot from where he vanished. At the point when Ta Tai scrutinized his child, the kid stated: "There is somebody who took me to a mystery place, where he transformed into a vampire and needed to murder me. In any case, all of a sudden Ta Eysei (a loner) seemed to spare me and took me back." After hearing the story, Ta Tai and his significant other accepted that their child was spared by Ta Eysei or Neak Sachang (another mane of recluse). As far back as at that point, the Waterfall has been called Ta Eysei Waterfall or Ta Tai Waterfall.
